Kenya’s total trade with the United States was $127.23 million in June, a change of 28.58 percent from the same month one year ago. The change in exports was 24.14 percent and the change in imports was 33.53 percent. Kenya ranked No. 96 among U.S. trade partners in June. It had ranked No. 93 for the same month last year.

The top three U.S. exports by value in June were LNG, other petroleum gases, (2) Malt extract, less than 40% cocoa, and (3) Civilian aircraft, parts. The top three U.S. imports from Kenya, also by value, were Men's or boys' slacks, suits, not knit, (2) Sweaters, pullovers, vests, knit or crocheted, and (3) Women's or girls' suits, not knit. By tonnage, the top three U.S. exports were (1) LNG, other petroleum gases, (2) Malt extract, less than 40% cocoa, and (3) Paper, paperboard scrap. The top three U.S. imports, also by tonnage, were (1) Coffee, (2) Men's or boys' slacks, suits, not knit, and (3) Almonds, walnuts, pistachios, etc..
