Zimbabwe’s total trade with the United States was $5.3 million in March, a change of -69.70 percent from the same month one year ago. The change in exports was -36.55 percent and the change in imports was -81.79 percent. Zimbabwe ranked No. 177 among U.S. trade partners in March. It had ranked No. 152 for the same month last year.

The top three U.S. exports by value in March were Motor vehicle parts, (2) Passenger vehicles, and (3) Seeds, fruits and spores, for sowing. The top three U.S. imports from Zimbabwe, also by value, were Raw tobacco, (2) Original sculptures and statues, and (3) Misc. mineral substances. By tonnage, the top three U.S. exports were (1) Chicken and other poultry, (2) Motor vehicle parts, and (3) Plastics. The top three U.S. imports, also by tonnage, were (1) Misc. mineral substances, (2) Raw tobacco, and (3) Tea.
