Liberia’s total trade with the United States was $31.47 million in March, a change of 16.47 percent from the same month one year ago. The change in exports was 12.44 percent and the change in imports was 30.84 percent. Liberia ranked No. 126 among U.S. trade partners in March. It had ranked No. 134 for the same month last year.

The top three U.S. exports by value in March were Gasoline, other fuels, (2) Passenger vehicles, and (3) Plastic tableware and other products. The top three U.S. imports from Liberia, also by value, were Rubber, (2) Diamonds, not mounted, and (3) Returned exports, without change. By tonnage, the top three U.S. exports were (1) Gasoline, other fuels, (2) Worn clothing, textiles, and (3) Passenger vehicles. The top three U.S. imports, also by tonnage, were (1) Rubber, (2) Palm oil, and (3) Books, brochures.
