Iraq’s total trade with the United States was $677.5 million in March, a change of -44.83 percent from the same month one year ago. The change in exports was -17.84 percent and the change in imports was -52.55 percent. Iraq ranked No. 56 among U.S. trade partners in March. It had ranked No. 43 for the same month last year.

The top three U.S. exports by value in March were Plasma, vaccines, blood, (2) Passenger vehicles, and (3) Rice. The top three U.S. imports from Iraq, also by value, were Oil, (2) Gasoline, other fuels, and (3) Returned exports, without change. By tonnage, the top three U.S. exports were (1) Rice, (2) Passenger vehicles, and (3) Chicken and other poultry. The top three U.S. imports, also by tonnage, were (1) Oil, (2) Gasoline, other fuels, and (3) Sauces and mixed condiments.
