Gabon’s total trade with the United States was $15.18 million in March, a change of 19.94 percent from the same month one year ago. The change in exports was -14.82 percent and the change in imports was 227.43 percent. Gabon ranked No. 151 among U.S. trade partners in March. It had ranked No. 164 for the same month last year.

The top three U.S. exports by value in March were Chicken and other poultry, (2) Passenger vehicles, and (3) Parts for heavy machinery. The top three U.S. imports from Gabon, also by value, were Manganese ores and concentrates, (2) Plywood, veneered and laminated wood, and (3) Sawed, chipped wood >6MM thick. By tonnage, the top three U.S. exports were (1) Chicken and other poultry, (2) Internal organs from animals, and (3) Passenger vehicles. The top three U.S. imports, also by tonnage, were (1) Manganese ores and concentrates, (2) Plywood, veneered and laminated wood, and (3) Manganese oxides.
