Bahrain’s total trade with the United States was $248.59 million in March, a change of 72.64 percent from the same month one year ago. The change in exports was 225.67 percent and the change in imports was -7.83 percent. Bahrain ranked No. 80 among U.S. trade partners in March. It had ranked No. 89 for the same month last year.

The top three U.S. exports by value in March were Satellites, related equipment, (2) Low-value shipments, and (3) Cheese and curd. The top three U.S. imports from Bahrain, also by value, were Aluminum, unwrought, (2) Aluminum wire, and (3) Jewelry, parts. By tonnage, the top three U.S. exports were (1) Cheese and curd, (2) Polymers of vinyl chloride, and (3) Soybean oilcake. The top three U.S. imports, also by tonnage, were (1) Aluminum, unwrought, (2) Aluminum wire, and (3) Gasoline, other fuels.
