Turkmenistan’s total trade with the United States was $12.24 million in June, a change of 121.12 percent from the same month one year ago. The change in exports was -81.80 percent and the change in imports was 33,817.13 percent. Turkmenistan ranked No. 158 among U.S. trade partners in June. It had ranked No. 176 for the same month last year.

The top three U.S. exports by value in June were Binders for molds, chemical products, (2) Chicken and other poultry, and (3) Cell phones, related equipment. The top three U.S. imports from Turkmenistan, also by value, were Gasoline, other fuels, (2) Vegetable extracts, pectates, agar, etc., and (3) Misc. carbon (excluding carbon black). By tonnage, the top three U.S. exports were (1) Binders for molds, chemical products, (2) Chicken and other poultry, and (3) Acrylic polymers. The top three U.S. imports, also by tonnage, were (1) Gasoline, other fuels, (2) Vegetable extracts, pectates, agar, etc., and (3) Misc. carbon (excluding carbon black).
