Cyprus’s total trade with the United States was $21.26 million in June, a change of 71.76 percent from the same month one year ago. The change in exports was 28.66 percent and the change in imports was 137.11 percent. Cyprus ranked No. 142 among U.S. trade partners in June. It had ranked No. 159 for the same month last year.

The top three U.S. exports by value in June were Passenger vehicles, (2) Miscellaneous machines, parts, and (3) Prefabricated buildings. The top three U.S. imports from Cyprus, also by value, were Returned exports, without change, (2) Electrical resistors, and (3) Cheese and curd. By tonnage, the top three U.S. exports were (1) Miscellaneous machines, parts, (2) Plaster boards, and (3) Polymers of vinyl chloride. The top three U.S. imports, also by tonnage, were (1) Cheese and curd, (2) Various forms of salt, and (3) Bread, pastry, cakes.
