  • Port Huron Blue Water Bridge, MI rose 75.68 percent compared to last year to $4.51 million.

There are several hundred airports, seaports and border crossings that handle international trade; they are, in turn, part of the roughly four dozen U.S. Customs districts.

Highlights for the top five foreign sources:

  • U.S. imports from No. 1 Germany increased $951,683, 11.44 percent, (20.34 percent market share).
  • U.S. imports from No. 2 China decreased $3.44 million, 30.29 percent, (17.39 percent market share).
  • U.S. imports from No. 3 Canada increased $2.27 million, 41.94 percent, (16.88 percent market share).
  • U.S. imports from No. 4 Austria increased $1.57 million, 27.53 percent, (15.96 percent market share).
  • U.S. imports from No. 5 Vietnam increased $1.67 million, 83.8 percent, (8.04 percent market share).

All totaled, 78.61 percent of all these Misc. photo lab equipment imports to the United States were shipped from the top five sources through August of this year. That is equal to $35.82 million of the $45.56 million total.
