- U.S. imports from No. 4 Portugal decreased $2.3 million, 44.42 percent, (3.69 percent market share).
- U.S. imports from No. 5 Thailand increased $2.12 million, 0 percent, (2.72 percent market share).
All totaled, 83.13 percent of all these Hand-operated mechanical appliances imports to the United States were shipped from the top five sources through August of this year. That is equal to $64.86 million of the $78.02 million total.
