  • Port of Chicago land-based cargo rose 55.01 percent compared to last year to $957,110.
  • Port of Los Angeles fell 0.62 percent compared to last year to $768,207.

Highlights for the top five foreign sources:

  • U.S. imports from No. 1 Germany decreased $1.14 million, 18.54 percent, (56.83 percent market share).
  • U.S. imports from No. 2 India increased $128,262, 7.08 percent, (22.12 percent market share).
  • U.S. imports from No. 3 Belgium increased $165,458, 30.5 percent, (8.07 percent market share).
  • U.S. imports from No. 4 China increased $472,208, 418.85 percent, (6.67 percent market share).
  • U.S. imports from No. 5 South Korea decreased $29,125, 9.39 percent, (3.2 percent market share).
