The leading markets were No. 1 Eagle Pass, No. 2 Port Huron Blue Water Bridge, MI, No. 3 Detroit Ambassador Bridge, MI, No. 4 Ysleta-Zaragoza International Bridge, TX and No. 5 Nogales Border Crossing, AZ.

In the last previous full year, the leading markets were No. 1 Mexico, No. 2 Canada, No. 3 China, No. 4 Japan and No. 5 The Netherlands.   • Ysleta-Zaragoza International Bridge, TX fell 12.51 percent compared to last year to $10.2 million.
  • Nogales Border Crossing, AZ fell 16.64 percent compared to last year to $8.76 million.

  • U.S. export to No. 1 Mexico decreased $3.39 million, 4.93 percent, (51.44 percent market share).
  • U.S. export to No. 2 Canada increased $3.14 million, 6.88 percent, (38.34 percent market share).
  • U.S. export to No. 3 Japan increased $296,223, 16.59 percent, (1.64 percent market share).
  • U.S. export to No. 4 Thailand increased $853,896, 207.58 percent, (1 percent market share).
  • U.S. export to No. 5 China decreased $2.7 million, 72.46 percent, (0.81 percent market share).

All totaled, 93.22 percent of all these Grains from cereals exports from the United States were shipped to the top five markets through August of this year. That is equal to $118.53 million of the $127.15 million total.
